Java Fullstack developer

As a Java Full Stack Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing full-stack solutions, leading teams, and upholding high technical standards. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of full-stack applications, overseeing the transition from a monolithic to a microservices-based architecture, supervising the integration of AI/ML-powered functionalities, collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams, optimizing databases for performance, scalability, and security, as well as advocating for CI/CD practices and maintaining clean code standards. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record of building and launching successful full-stack products, demonstrate proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and various front-end frameworks, showcase experience in managing engineering teams and nurturing junior developers, exhibit familiarity with cloud deployment, DevOps tools, and scripting languages, and possess exceptional communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.,
