Java Fullstack Developer and Trainer

As a Java Fullstack Developer & Trainer at Udeck IT Services, based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India, you will be taking on a full-time on-site role. Your responsibilities will include front-end and back-end web development, full-stack software development utilizing Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, as well as front-end technologies like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will conduct live project-based training for students and junior developers, mentor and enhance the technical skills and knowledge of team members, participate in code reviews to ensure coding best practices, and stay updated with the latest Java technologies and frameworks. To excel in this role, you must possess strong skills in back-end web development and full-stack development, proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced), Java Frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, familiarity with Version Control Systems like Git, excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English and Hindi preferred), proven ability to teach and train others (experience as a trainer is advantageous), strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and experience in mentoring or training, which is a strong advantage.,
