As a Java Fullstack Tech Lead with over 7 years of experience in Core Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Microservices, Kubernetes, Azure, MongoDB, and Kafka, including Tech Lead responsibilities, you will be instrumental in leading and championing technical solutions for the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions using Java technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features - Mentor and guide team members in best practices and development techniques - Ensure the quality of code and optimize the performance of applications - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience of 7+ years in Core Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Microservices, Kubernetes, Azure, MongoDB, and Kafka - Proven track record as a Tech Lead managing project delivery and team administration - Sound understanding of monitoring tools like Open Search, AppInsights, and Grafana You will be based onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore with a hybrid work schedule of 2 or 3 days per week.
