Job Description

We are looking for Java Fullstack Lead with the below skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
robust APIs and microservices using
Java 17 (mandatory)
,
Spring Boot
, and
Kafka Streaming
.
Implement
publish/subscribe
mechanisms for real-time data processing using
Kafka topics
.
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using
Angular
or
Harmony
frameworks.
Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval using
MongoDB
.
Own the
CI/CD pipeline
using
BitBucket
,
Jenkins
, and
OpenShift
for containerized deployments.
Monitor application performance and health using
Dynatrace
and
LogScale
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years
of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on backend and streaming systems.
Proficiency in
Java 17(Java 21 planned in later stages)
,
Spring Boot
, and
Microservices architecture
.
Solid experience with
Kafka Streaming
, including topic management and message serialization.
Strong front-end development skills in
Angular
or
Harmony
.
Expertise in
MongoDB
for NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning.
Experience with
BitBucket
,
Jenkins Pipelines
, and
OpenShift
for DevOps and containerization.
Familiarity with
Dynatrace
and
LogScale
for observability and logging.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverables.
