About Position:

We are looking for a passionate Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering practices. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, leveraging modern development tools and AI-powered engineering methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and API-first solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including specification creation, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Apply SpecKit practices and AI-Driven Lifecycle (AIDLC) methodologies to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery quality.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.
• Build reusable UI components, APIs, and configuration-driven solutions that support scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver business-critical applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, release management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software engineering best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack application development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API-first development.
• Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot, SpecKit, Claude, or similar AI-assisted software engineering tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Experience designing configuration-driven or metadata-driven enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, code quality practices, and application security.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
