About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, React Native, AWS, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI-powered application development and integration. You will work closely with architects, product teams, designers, and engineers to build scalable, secure, and intelligent digital solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences and business value.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and React Native.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices architecture for cloud-native applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications with a focus on performance and usability.
• Design and implement AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI services, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Integrate GenAI APIs, AI frameworks, and machine learning services into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, UX designers, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions on AWS following security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design reviews, code quality initiatives, and engineering standards.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and modern software design principles.
• Experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, or related cloud-native technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, or machine learning-driven products.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI capabilities, AI APIs, or machine learning frameworks into production applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI orchestration, or AI application architecture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and services such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
