Job Description

Job Summary

Java Full Stack Developer

The candidate will be responsible for building high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using
Angular and/or React
.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
Implement event-driven solutions using
Apache Kafka
.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Experience

9-15 years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
5+ years of Full Stack development experience.
5+ years of Angular and/or React experience.
5+ years of Apache Kafka experience.
Strong experience in Microservices-based architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to cloud-native application development.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
Knowledge of design patterns and distributed systems.
Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Relevant Java or Cloud certifications are a plus.
