Job Description

Java Full Stack Developer

The candidate should have experience leading development initiatives, driving technical solutions, mentoring teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Participate in application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile methodologies.

Experience in application modernization and legacy migration projects.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration initiatives.
Knowledge of Apache Camel and integration frameworks.

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Travel, or Retail domains.
Understanding of Design Patterns and Enterprise Architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Required Experience

9 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience.
Minimum 9+ years of experience in Java
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Angular and/or React JS.
Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Kafka and messaging platforms.
Experience leading teams, owning technical deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
