Job Summary

Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
Build scalable and high-performing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular and React.
Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture decisions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding best practices.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
9-15 years of overall software development experience.
Minimum 9+ years of experience in
JAVA
Minimum 5+ years of experience in
frontened
Strong experience in Angular and/or React development.
Hands-on experience with Kafka-based solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Exposure to API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or product-based organizations.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations and modern cloud-native architectures.
