Job Description

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and/or React.js.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.

Required Skills

Backend

Strong experience in
Java 8/11/17+

Frontend

Strong proficiency in
Angular (8+) and/or React.js

Database

Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Query optimization and database design

Cloud & DevOps

AWS / Azure / GCP
Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
Git version control

Good to Have

Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Knowledge of OpenShift
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Understanding of Security and OWASP best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
9-15 years of software development experience with enterprise-scale applications.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end full-stack solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in distributed teams and global delivery environments.
Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor development teams.
