Job Summary

Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
Develop scalable and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
Build responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular and/or React.
Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

10-20 years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in
Java 8/11/17+
.
Extensive experience with
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices
.
Strong hands-on experience in
Angular (8+) and/or React.js
.
Experience with
Apache Kafka
and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and messaging systems.
Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations and cloud-native applications.
Prior experience working with global teams
