Job Summary

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
scalable and resilient systems
using
Java or Python
.
Write
secure, high-quality production code
and maintain synchronous algorithms across systems.
Execute end-to-end software development including
design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment
.
Create or contribute to
architecture & design documents
, ensuring alignment with technical constraints.
Work with
large datasets
to generate insights, visualizations, and improvements for applications.
Identify hidden patterns, system issues, and drive improvements in
coding hygiene and architecture
.
Collaborate with
Agile teams
and contribute to continuous iteration and delivery.
Participate in internal
tech communities
, exploring new and emerging technologies.
Foster a culture of
diversity, inclusion, respect, and innovation
.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
Full Stack Development
.
Proficiency in
Java or Python
(at least one is mandatory).
Hands-on experience with
Agile methodologies
.
Solid knowledge of
CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, and application security
.
Good understanding of software engineering lifecycle:
analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance
.
Experience with
cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience with
Microservices

containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
, or
DevOps tools
.
Exposure to
data engineering, data visualization
, or big-data tools.
