Role:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead / Java Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

The candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, establishing development standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and providing technical leadership to development teams. Experience with Apache Kafka, MongoDB, relational databases, Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, and ReactJS is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Design and implement event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Work with MongoDB and relational databases to design efficient data storage and integration solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive application security, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify technical risks, resolve complex engineering challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to full-stack development using ReactJS wherever required.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java and enterprise application development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical leadership.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.

Good-to-Have Skills
