You are an experienced Java Full Stack Architect responsible for designing and driving the development of scalable, cloud-native applications. Your role demands strong architectural expertise across backend, frontend, databases, and cloud platforms, along with hands-on leadership in modern microservices-based ecosystems. - Define and own application architecture for enterprise-scale systems - Design, develop, and review Java-based microservices using Spring Boot - Drive best practices for scalability, performance, security, and resiliency - Collaborate with frontend teams using React or Angular - Design and optimize NoSQL data models across MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, or DynamoDB - Lead cloud-native architecture and deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure - Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance - Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture - Frontend experience with React or Angular - Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, DynamoDB) - Strong working knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure Additional Details: The company emphasizes exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization, experience with API gateways, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems, as well as strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
