Java Full stack Architect

As a Java Full Stack Architect with 12-16 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining fully-fledged software platforms independently without relying on third-party applications. Your role will involve working on both front-end and back-end development processes, utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud, along with Angular or React. Your key responsibilities include leading the design and development of complex, enterprise-level software systems, evaluating emerging technologies, and recommending optimal architectural patterns. You will ensure that software solutions align with business requirements and long-term goals. In addition, you will mentor and guide junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions to optimize system performance and scalability. Hands-on coding and implementation of front-end, back-end, and database components will be part of your role, where you will develop robust APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. Continuous improvement is crucial, and you will identify opportunities to refactor and modernize existing systems, automate deployment pipelines, and streamline DevOps processes. Code reviews, documentation of technical specifications, and conducting training sessions to upskill the development team are also vital aspects of your job.
