5+ years of Java FSD dev experience. Able to quickly learn the Business Requirement and Transform it to Technical Solution within the committed time frame as per Customer's Expectation Good Decision Making and Analytical Skills Able to act as a Team Player and closely work with Internal External Team for the smooth Project Delivery and BAU Support Good interpersonal relationships, good disposition, proactivity, and autonomy Be responsible and have ownership of the assigned topics Strong hands-on experience in J2EE Technology Intermediate Unix Shell Script Technology Intermediate Banking Domain Experience Experience in Agile Methodology Preferred to have Citi Process Knowledge Good Communication Skills
