Job Title: Lead Engineer Job Location: Pune Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java and expertise in at least one of the following front-end frameworks: Vue.js, React, or Angular. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Springboot and the chosen front-end framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug software defects and production issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve software development processes and practices. Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Java development. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks. Expertise in at least one of the following front-end frameworks: Vue.js, React, or Angular. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and containerization. Knowledge of database systems and SQL. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
