Java Developer with Legacy code optimisation

In this role as a Java Developer with experience in legacy code optimization, modernization, and on-premises cloud migration to AWS, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be involved in designing scalable, cost-effective, and efficient cloud solutions using AWS services and best practices. This includes having a strong foundation in AWS services such as ALB, ECS, S3, ElastiCache, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3 Glacier, with the ability to design cloud-native applications. Additionally, you will be deploying infrastructure through automation tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform. You will also play a key role in migrating existing on-premises applications to AWS and modernizing legacy systems. Your expertise in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java 11+ and experience in building scalable backend systems, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will focus on modernizing legacy systems to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, along with strong database expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, will also be required.
