Job Description

Skills required:

Java Backend Developer with 5+ yrs of experience.

Must have:

Individual contributors
who are capable to own requirement/change request and deliver the solution without needing handholding, with track record of building high quality software with design-focused and test-driven approaches
A proven foundation in core Java 8 or higher (concepts like Callable, Runnable, Collections, HashMap, TreeSet, and Immutability, Iterators, Transient Variables, Multi-threading and Concurrency etc).
Strong knowledge of Open-Source technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit, etc.).
Experience with relational database and/or NoSQL Database (e.g., Apache Cassandra)
Well versed with CI/CD pipelines in ADO
Well verse with Agile methodologies and be able to follow Agile guidelines from the team without failure.

Nice to have

Kafka distributed messaging or similar
Experience in Microservices and APIs
