Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

Lead or contribute to system architecture decisions, including service decomposition, API specification, data modeling, and multi-tenant strategy.
Create secure RESTful APIs supporting multi-tenant and multi-role enterprise workflows.
Implement authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT) and role-based access control.
Optimize backend systems for high availability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Integrate with external systems and third-party APIs, including audio-video and device interfaces.
Develop data models for multi-database environments (MS SQL, MySQL, or similar).
Implement auditing, monitoring, notification, and reporting functionalities.
Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless project delivery.
Mentor junior developers and participate in technical reviews.

Required Skills

Strong command of Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and microservices architecture.
Proven experience designing distributed, event-driven, or containerized microservices systems.
Hands-on expertise in architectural patterns, domain-driven design, and system integration.
Working knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
Experience with multi-tenant database-per-tenant models and secure log/audit management.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards or highly regulated domains is a plus.
Exposure to cloud platforms, distributed systems, and API security best practices.
