Job Description

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Java technologies.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product to deliver software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure product quality.
Work on performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them in projects as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency inCore Java,J2EE, andObject-Oriented Programmingconcepts.
Experience withSpring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Good understanding ofRESTful APIsandWeb Services(JSON, XML).
Proficiency inSQLand experience with databases likeMySQL,PostgreSQL, orOracle.
Hands-on experience withversion control systemslike Git.
Understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred/Optional Skills:Experience withMicroservices Architecture.
Familiarity withCloud Platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure toCI/CD tools(Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience inmessage brokers(Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
Knowledge ofUnit Testingframeworks like JUnit, Mockito.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
