About the Role

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
Java applications
using
Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Enhance existing applications for
performance, scalability, and reliability
.
Ensure code quality through
best practices, testing, and code reviews
.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a
collaborative, agile environment
.
Research and propose
new tools and methodologies
to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3-6 years
of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, RESTful web services
.
Familiarity with
SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
.
Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
