Job Title: Java Camunda Developer Experience Level P1, C3, STS (Implied Senior-level experience) Key Responsibilities As a Java Camunda Developer, you will: Backend Development: Develop and maintain scalable backend components using Java 8/11. BPM Workflow Design: Design and implement robust BPMN workflows using Camunda BPM, including modeling and deployments. Database Development: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and perform performance tuning. Production Support: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and performance. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Java: Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 and/or Java 11 . Camunda BPM: Experience in Camunda BPM modeling BPMN and handling deployments . Frameworks: Solid understanding and experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks . SQL & Databases: Expertise in writing efficient, complex SQL queries, joins, views, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning (preferably with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Web Services: Strong experience with RESTful web services, JSON . Java Core Concepts: Good understanding of multithreading, collections, concurrency, and exception handling in Java. DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Experience & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining scalable backend components using Java 8/11.
