Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. Debug and troubleshoot application issues to improve performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts. Proficient in frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
