As a Software Developer at Wipro, you will play a vital role in designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client ends. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding product/software requirements and designing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. - Investigating problem areas throughout the software development life cycle, facilitating root cause analysis, and suggesting ideas to improve system performance. - Analyzing client requirements, converting them into feasible designs, and collaborating with functional teams or systems analysts. - Performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, automating processes for software validation, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will also be responsible for status reporting, maintaining a customer focus, and ensuring on-time delivery by capturing all requirements and feedback from clients. Additionally, you will be evaluated based on performance parameters such as Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & Customer Satisfaction, and MIS & Reporting. To excel in this role, you must possess mandatory skills in Fullstack Java Enterprise, and the desired experience is 3-5 years.
