Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our Solar Division. The role involves following up on qualified leads, visiting customer premises, convincing potential clients about the benefits of solar energy, collecting feasibility documents, and onboarding them onto our platform. The executive will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and driving company growth in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities:Follow up on generated leads and convert them into potential customers. Conduct field visits to customer premises to explain product features, benefits, and subsidy/financing options. Build strong customer relationships by addressing queries and providing solutions. Collect and upload feasibility documents and customer information accurately on the company’s platform. Assist customers through the onboarding process for solar project installation. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate reports on field visits, lead conversions, and customer feedback. Stay updated with solar product knowledge, government policies, and subsidy schemes. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (training will be provided if required). Proficiency in MS Office and mobile apps for lead tracking/document uploading. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits. Key Competencies:Target-driven and self-motivated.
