Japanese Facilitator

Role Overview: As a Full-Time Japanese Facilitator for Grades 1-8 at 21K School, your role will involve understanding the vision and purpose of the school, aligning with the academic culture, developing and preparing content for daily classes, conducting online classes, and ensuring compliance with school policies. You will be responsible for using different learning resources effectively, planning assessments, and responding to parent communications on the Learning Portal. Your strong command of the Japanese language and teaching experience will be crucial in delivering high-quality education to students. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the vision and purpose of the school and align with the academic culture - Develop and prepare content, including presentations for daily classes - Research, understand, and prepare lesson plans - Conduct online classes as per timetable, maintaining teaching standards and student engagement - Use different learning resources and platforms aligned with learning objectives - Plan, prepare, and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students - Respond proactively to parent communications and concerns on the Learning Portal - Ensure compliance with school policies, including child safety and cyber security Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Japanese language and literature, education, or a related field - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Passion for teaching and learning - Experience in teaching Japanese language in a school setting - Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment methods Additional Details: 21K School, promoted by Mindreflex Technologies Private Limited, is Asia's largest online school offering virtual education to students across 72 countries.
