Telecaller Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by the management. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when required. Prepare and share call reports with the team leader/manager. Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
