The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage Income Tax, GST, and TDS filings and compliance as part of routine accounting operations. Oversee bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory records. Facilitate month-end and year-end closing processes. Liaise with statutory and internal auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies. Qualifications & Skills CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified (Inter CA). 0–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and tax compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP or similar) and MS Excel. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
