Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk & Office Operations Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing front desk activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications and accounting software. Key Responsibilities Customer Relations: Warmly welcome all visitors and customers to the showroom. Manage customer inquiries, provide initial product information, and effectively handle complaints or feedback to ensure high satisfaction. Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team, manage visitor logs, and assist in maintaining a tidy and professional showroom environment that encourages sales. Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, including managing incoming calls, handling mail correspondence, and ensuring office supplies are stocked. Accounts & Data Management: Maintain basic sales records, manage petty cash, process customer invoices/receipts, and input data accurately using basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel). Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for customer orders, invoices, and office records. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 0-2 years of proven experience in front desk operations, customer service, or a similar office administration role. Customer Dealing: A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Technical Knowledge: Good working knowledge of computers, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with basic accounting principles/software is a must. Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle customer situations with patience and tact. Education: Graduates in Commerce with Computer Operations.
