For a client, we're looking for a highly technical, automation-savvy expert who can help transform how their business runs behind the scenes. As an Automation & GPT Integration Expert , you'll be responsible for streamlining ouworkflows, connecting tools through Zapier, building AI-driven processes using Custom GPTs, and eliminating repetitive tasks through smart automation. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes systems, APIs, and AIsomeone who sees a manual task and immediately imagines how to make it disappear. Requirements Strong technical background in automation, no-code/low-code tools, or software engineering Deep experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms Experience building and deploying Custom GPTs via OpenAI or similar platforms Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations Proficiency with business software tools (CRMs, email platforms, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.) A systems thinker with a bias toward speed, efficiency, and scalability Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and communicate clearly Key Responsibilities Zapier Expertise: Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows using Zapier across multiple platforms (Google Workspace, CRMs, forms, payment systems, email platforms, etc.) Custom GPT Development: Build and deploy Custom GPTs tailored to our business needs (e.g., customer support, lead intake, document creation, FAQs, internal knowledge assistants) Automation Architecture: Audit current operations and identify key areas for automation and integration API Integration: Connect third-party tools and platforms via APIs where Zapier falls short AI-Driven Optimization: Use GPT or other LLMs to automate content creation, form responses, chatbot logic, reporting, and more Documentation: Create clear SOPs and documentation for any workflows or systems created Training & Support: Train internal team members on how to use automations and AI tools when needed Benefits Fixed monthly pay-out within the range of $1,100-$1,300 depending on expertise, tech-stack, and skill set. Unlimited PTO (but for communications and approval of matched clients).
