Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator at our Kupwara location. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company databases, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the role involves supporting administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Typing and a high level of Computer Literacy for accurate and efficient data input Strong Administrative Assistance skills to manage and organize office workflows Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve queries Attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in computer applications are advantageous
