Job Description

Role Overview: As a JAMF / Endpoint Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end macOS and Windows endpoint administration using JAMF, Intune, and related platforms. Your role will involve maintaining global compliance, baseline standards, patching cycles, and vulnerability remediation workflows. You will troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, OS, BIOS, VPN, Proxy, and enterprise network integrations. Working closely with vendors like Apple, Microsoft, Dell, and others will be essential for smooth device operations and escalations. Additionally, you will be required to develop, update, and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles, SOPs, and Confluence documentation to support Agile/DevOps initiatives and deliver iterative enhancements to endpoint security and management capabilities. Ensuring audit-ready documentation, device inventory accuracy, and strong security posture for all endpoints will be a key aspect of your role. You will lead integration efforts for certificates, PKI, mobile device management, and automation improvements, while also monitoring compliance dashboards and generating PowerBI reports for leadership and audit teams.
