You will be responsible for generating international business for a large producer of food additives and processed foods and spices in SE Asia, Middle East, Australia, and Russia. Your key result areas will include promoting food additives such as spices, agri products, gherkins, sweet corns, jalapeno, and spices to regions like Middle East, Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Australia. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, distributor relations, and coordinate preparatory work for exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits. It will be essential to track customer usage patterns and competitor activities to develop robust regional sales plans. You will also introduce new product categories, including spices, in markets worldwide. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in International Marketing within the B2C sector. You will be responsible for identifying and appointing channel partners and distributors. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, frequent traveling, and coordinating with the Supply Chain Management team for order management and delivery.
