Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
