Roles and Responsibilities We are mfr of Farm Pond Liner Tarpaulin and Packaging Strapping roll. Require Sales Manager who can handle team, help in sales. Manage sales performance of assigned branches, ensuring achievement of targets through effective planning and execution. Handle branch operations, including staff management, customer service, and marketing activities. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, expand network presence, and improve profitability. Conduct regular reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching/training as needed. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to drive business development initiatives.
