We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator & Online Customer Liaison to assist us in showcasing our breathtaking collection to a global audience. As our Content Creator & Online Customer Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our online presence and driving customer engagement. Your duties will encompass various aspects including: Content Creation: - Conceptualizing and executing engaging content for our online platforms such as social media, website, and e-commerce channels. - Curating visually captivating product displays by modeling and styling our jewelry. - Capturing high-quality photos and videos of our gems and jewelry. - Crafting compelling product descriptions and marketing content. - Generating innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions. Online Customer Liaison: - Responding promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries and feedback. - Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with our online community. - Managing online orders and resolving customer issues. - Contributing to the establishment of the online brand presence. Store Presence: - Working from our physical store in Jaipur Gems. - Engaging with customers in person. - Gaining knowledge about gems and the company's history. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). - Proficient understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. - Strong writing and communication skills. - Creative flair for styling and photography. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Passion for jewelry and gemstones (industry knowledge is advantageous). - Adaptability and a keenness to learn. - Must be willing to work from our physical store in Mumbai.
