Job Description Designation: Project Manager Location: New Delhi/Noida (Mon-Sat, Work from Office) Work Experience: 1-3 years (Must be B.tech/BCA Graduate) Role and Responsibilities: Plan and develop the project idea. Monitor project progress and set deadlines. Solve Issues that arise and Evaluate project performance. Evaluating the subject-related content that is logically, factually, linguistically accurate, and consistent as per the standard and organization Instructions. Performing replacement and hiring duties for different positions as and when required such as Instructors Hiring, TA's Hiring, Customer Support Team Hiring, etc. Conducting Interviews and training programs required for the Instructor or new joining for the project. Scheduling and coordinating for the Seminars, sending meet invites. Checking Teaching Assistant (TA's) work, doubts resolved, and their daily doubt-solving targets. Managing Customer care team during course Admissions. Preparing Schedules for the classes and creating course curriculum. Coordinating with the Instructors and ensuring live classes/recordings are conducted on time. Checking with the Discord team to ensure smooth functioning. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. Ensuring to remove fake course links from any social media platforms. Tracking Instructors work, and hours on an everyday basis, tracking their recordings, lectures, ppt, etc and maintaining proper Excel sheets for records. Performing other Operational activities as and when required. Preferred candidate profile 1. Must be a graduate with a B.Tech/BCA in IT/CSE/EEE/ECE from a reputed college. 2. Previous Ed-tech Experience of 1-3 years is preferred. 3. Immediately available. 4. Available for Monday-Saturday, work from Office. 5. Should be fluent in English speaking and hold strong Communication skills. 6. Freshers can apply (B.Tech/BCA)
