Electro-Mech Engineers is seeking an experienced and responsible Cold Storage Manager to oversee the operations of six cold storage units across Jharkhand . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of cold storage operations, maintenance, client coordination, and logistics management. The position is based in Ranchi , with regular visits to all cold storage sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of all six cold storage units. Plan and execute storage scheduling, capacity utilization, and client coordination . Oversee temperature, humidity, and equipment control to maintain product quality. Coordinate with site in-charges for manpower, operations, and technical issues. Ensure timely billing, payments, and client communication for all storage facilities. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for smooth functioning. Monitor inventory, safety, and compliance at each unit. Prepare and submit monthly reports to management on operations and performance. Visit each cold storage periodically to ensure process and maintenance standards. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field. 10–15 years of proven experience managing cold storage . Strong knowledge of cold chain management, and humidity control . Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation. Willingness to travel frequently across Jharkhand. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
