SEO & Digital Marketing Executive Company: Ashoka Developers / Ashoka Warehousing / Jain Bandhu Sarees Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-time About the Role : We are looking for a motivated and creative SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for improving our online presence, boosting website traffic, and generating high-quality leads through SEO and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities : Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, SMO, etc. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better ranking. Perform on-page SEO: meta tags, header tags, Alt tags, URL optimization, internal linking. Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues. Build backlinks and manage off-page SEO strategies. Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage social media accounts—posting, content creation, reels, stories, creatives. Create engaging content for website, blogs, and social platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation tools. WordPress Management: Upload and update website content using WordPress. Basic knowledge of themes, plugins, and website optimization. Assist in website maintenance and ensuring mobile-friendly performance. Skills & Requirements : Basic understanding of SEO, SMO, digital marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite. Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and marketing content. Ability to analyze data and make strategy suggestions. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Knowledge of Google Ads / Facebook Ads campaigns. Basic understanding of HTML .
