Job Summary The Assistant Manager - Marketing will execute BTL marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and support sales in the iron and steel industry. The role focuses on coordinating with the Marketing Head, vendors, and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns, trade promotions, and events. Key Responsibilities BTL Campaigns : Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and dealer meets targeting B2B clients. Vendor Management : Onboard and manage vendors for marketing collateral and events, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Coordination : Align with Marketing Head on strategies, provide campaign updates, and share market insights. Market Research : Analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and campaign performance. Brand Promotion : Oversee creation of brochures, catalogs, and BTL content, ensuring consistent branding. Budget Management : Monitor BTL budgets and report on ROI. Event Management : Organize industry events and trade fairs, managing logistics and branding. Key Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelors in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred. Experience : 4-8 years in marketing, with 2-3 years in ATL and BTL, ideally in iron and steel or B2B sectors. Skills : Proficient in campaign planning, budgeting, and MIS report. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of iron and steel market and B2B marketing. Preferred : Experience with industrial clients, proven BTL success, and willingness to travel.
