Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements. 2. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues identified during production, testing, or customer feedback. 3. Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing processes using tools such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and SPC to identify opportunities for process optimization and variation reduction. 4. Lead and participate in quality audits, including internal audits and supplier audits, to assess compliance with quality management systems and automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949). 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues and drive product and process improvements. 6. Manage the non-conformance process, including the identification, documentation, investigation, and resolution of quality issues, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. 7. Conduct product and process validations, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions, to ensure that new products and processes meet customer requirements and quality standards. 8. Provide training and support to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality management systems. 9. Monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare reports to communicate quality performance to management and stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree or certification in quality engineering is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of automotive quality standards and requirements. 3. Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., APQP, FMEA, MSA). 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. 9. Experience with automotive manufacturing processes, such as CNC Machining, VMC, LATHE, MILLING
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for automotive components (e.g., machining, CNC, VMC, And Other Conventional machines) Working knowledge of production planning tools, and lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with ISO 9001, TS 16949, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards. Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and measuring Instruments. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
