Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Patna. The Associate will oversee day-to-day operations including managing deliveries, coordinating with team members, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities also include inventory management, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. The role requires a collaborative attitude and adherence to company protocols and standards. Qualifications Experience in logistics, package handling, and inventory management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for record-keeping and communication Problem-solving skills and attention to detail A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
