Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location - Jasola, New Delhi Exp - 3 to 5years (Ecommerce Industry) Monthly Salary upto 60k Interested candidates can share their resume at lovely.dogra@jagatpharma.com About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across D2C and third-party platforms . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, V-serve, Criteo, Taboola, and affiliate networks . You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, sales, and ROI through multi-channel performance campaigns. Key Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of performance campaigns across: D2C Platforms : Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Programmatic & Native Ads : V-serve, Criteo, Taboola, Outbrain, DV360. Affiliate & Third-Party Channels : Manage networks, publishers, and performance partners. Drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS across D2C website and marketplaces. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Optimize campaign budgets, monitor spends, and ensure efficient CAC vs LTV balance . Analyze data, prepare detailed performance reports, and present insights to leadership. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns. Explore new ad technologies, growth hacks, and emerging platforms . Required Skills & Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing D2C. Proven expertise in: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). V-serve, Criteo, Taboola, Outbrain, and other third-party platforms . Affiliate marketing onboarding & managing partners. Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and retargeting . Excellent analytical & reporting skills (Excel, GA4, Ads Manager, marketplace dashboards). Ability to manage large budgets with focus on ROI & scale. Preferred Qualifications Experience with D2C brands & high-growth eCommerce companies . Hands-on knowledge of pixel tracking, CRM integrations, and conversion API . Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications preferred.
