Working closely with the Admissions and Marketing team to create a synchronised positioning for the brand. To understand the university departments thoroughly and be aware of the USPs of each department for a better pitch to the students. We are looking for mature and emotionally intelligent candidates who would know the skill of effectively handling human interactions and would understand the severity and seriousness of their job. To understand the entire admissions process and be in coordination with all the involved teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Skills Required: The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with great interpersonal skills. They should be proficient in MS office, Google apps. He/she should be able to adapt to the competitive and dynamic market and must take ownership of their work. The person must be able to navigate through the LMS and take appropriate action as and when required. The candidate must be able to analyse the needs and requirements and interests of the students. They should be able to probe the students enough to know of their strengths and weaknesses and accordingly assist them with the admission process.
