The lady showing us around was absolutely rude, disinterested and condescending. She kept pointing out how late we are to start our bridal shopping instead of showing anything and making the cut. Even though we liked a few pieces, it left a bad taste in our mouths so we left.

Gorgeous items to regret not having for your wedding because they don't make or send them anywhere near on time and will simultaneously make them ill fitting and incorrectly. Nearly $12,000 for 1 ill fitting dress late but early enough for the wedding, 1 outfit so botched it's completely unwearable, and 2 missing outfits. Horrendous.
