Job Summary*: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer cum Machine Operator with 2 years of hands-on experience in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a dual role in both designing textile patterns using CAD software and operating textile machines for sampling or production purposes. This role requires strong technical know-how, creative ability, and practical experience with textile machinery. *Key Responsibilities*: CAD Design Responsibilities: Create digital textile designs including patterns, repeats, and color separations using CAD software (e.g., NedGraphics, TexDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Modify and adapt designs based on feedback from the design and production teams. Develop colorways and pattern layouts suitable for various textile products (garments, upholstery, home textiles, etc.). Ensure all CAD files are organized, properly labeled, and production-ready. Machine Operation Responsibilities: Operate textile machines such as digital printers, jacquard looms, embroidery machines, or screen-printing setups as required. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output. Conduct sample production runs and report any quality or technical issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned machinery. Collaborate with the production team to meet sample and bulk production deadlines. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of combined experience in textile CAD designing and machine operation. Proficiency in CAD software such as NedGraphics, TexDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Hands-on experience operating textile production or sampling machines. Strong understanding of textile materials, colors, and production processes. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and maintain production quality. Good organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both woven and knitted fabrics. Familiarity with textile printing techniques like rotary screen, digital, or sublimation printing. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and quality control procedures. Awareness of industry safety standards and practices Age :- 22 to 30 years
