We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our business across leading online marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra etc. This role involves end-to-end of product listings, pricing, promotions, order management, inventory coordination, and sales performance optimization , along with payment and claim reconciliation. 1. Marketplace Operations & Listings Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, keywords, and high-quality images. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and category guidelines. Monitor product visibility, search rankings, and content health scores across platforms. 2. Sales & Promotions Management Drive sales growth through pricing strategies, campaigns, deals, and ad promotions (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads). Track and analyze daily sales performance, conversion rates, and returns. Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, visibility, and seasonal offers. 3. Inventory & Order Management Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure adequate stock levels. Manage order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch. Monitor cancellations, returns, and customer feedback to improve service quality. 4. Payment & Reconciliation Track and reconcile marketplace payments, settlements, commissions, and penalties. Identify and resolve discrepancies, claims, and chargebacks with respective platforms. Prepare monthly reconciliation and performance reports. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting Generate weekly and monthly sales reports by platform, product, and category. Analyze trends, identify opportunities for growth, and suggest corrective actions.
