Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  as a Gold Appraiser / Gold Loan Executive
• Good knowledge of gold appraisal, purity testing, gold valuation, and loan processing
• Understanding of Gold Loan products, procedures, documentation, and customer handling
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct offline classroom training
• Willingness to work full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on

  Gold Loan products, processes, and operations

• Train candidates on gold appraisal techniques, gold purity assessment, and valuation methods
• Explain gold loan procedures, documentation, eligibility, and customer handling
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and assessments
• Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support
• Prepare trainees for industry requirements and job opportunities in the Gold Loan sector

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with hands-on experience in

  Gold Appraisal / Gold Loan operations

• Candidates with experience in Gold Loan companies, banks, or NBFCs
• Candidates with good practical knowledge of gold testing and valuation
