Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in Soft Skills Training
• Experience in training

  freshers / college students

• Strong knowledge of communication skills, interpersonal skills, personality development, and workplace readiness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct offline classroom training
• Willingness to travel for training assignments

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on

  soft skills, communication, and professional development

• Train freshers on verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, group activities, role plays, and assessments
• Develop students' confidence, presentation skills, and professional behaviour
• Prepare trainees for corporate environments, interviews, and workplace requirements

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with prior experience training freshers and college students
• Candidates with strong classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills
• Candidates willing to travel to different location in Chennai for training.

Compensation & Location

• CTC:

  Up to 4 LPA

• Location:

  Chennai (willingness to travel) & Madurai

• Experience:
